Lightweight and basic image upload in a form (wordpress: Easy integration)

I have a frontend post form for wordpress (already fully built). I want to use "jQuery-file-upload" to upload images with the following requirements: 1. Multiple AJAX image upload. 2. image preview 3. image resize Your job will be a simple integration of this plugin as light and basic possible. I don't need all the js files from the plugin, but simply whatever is needed for the above function. For the project, I will be providing you with FTP for staging site which you will be working on. Each requirement that I am asking already has solutions and how-to online, thus your job is simply integrating these features into the form. Because you are not writing much of code, the max award for this project is $10 (No other offer will be accepted). The only coding you will be doing is assigning unique id number (for example, wp_attachement_1, wp_attachment_2, wp_attachment_3, and so on) to each uploaded images. Also a detail comment (such as where you made the changes) will be much appreciated and will result in higher rating once the job is completed. Only the working model will be accepted for the job completion.
