Coins erc20 compliant DAO coin/ ICO Wallet Dao Coin (this wont be a true DAO coin) We will call this token this as it will be used to control the organization.(mostly on the website) Functions that have to be in there besides the normal token functions, [login to view URL] extra adjustable microfees when DAO coin is transferred,(payable in etherem) transfer fee sent back to “x” wallet [login to view URL] to pay dividends to the dao coin holders in any ethereum compatible coin. Dashboard/website interface Dashboard/website interface for buying asset coins/ voting and making proposals User uses their wallet address to login to website The website checks using Etherscan to make sure the user has DAO coin/coins in his wallet and checks quantity i.e. if he doesn't have any DAO coins he cant log in. After user logs in he can buy asset crypto coins on the website The website automatically applies discount to the asset coin prices based on how many DAO coins user has in his wallet e.g. the more DAO coins he has in his wallet the cheaper to can buy
