Mikrotik Hotspot authentication with facebook and instagram - and each user get 8 Hours per day

I only pay $75 not More so don't west time giving different solution and different Quote Only apply if you done same before - I need sample and working solution in advance to accept the candidate . I have Mikrotik RB 951 U 2 hnd i need a freelancer to make hotspot setup which each client can connect and eiter login via facebook or instagram , This should be without 3rd party provider ! dont offer hotspot system or other provider! i need to have my own setup , i need full document of how system works , Apply if you really know and did the same before , project need to be completed in short time less than 5 days !
