I need a database with some fields like employee surname, first name, gender, department, date, feedback, etc. I already have a spreadsheet with all these fields but I want a databse where employees can enter the info related to the above mentioned fields and they can only see their own input and can't see the details of other employees. only the backend administrator should be allowed to delete, edit, generate reports etc . front end to be used by employees should look pretty and should be able to host it on shared drive and if possible on a sharepoint intranet site. if connected to sharepoint then it should be accessible on iphone with sharepoint app.
