Screen Pop to Epic Hyperspace From .NET -- 2

Require a sample in .NET that can communicate and pop / open a record in Epic Hyperspace for the "enterprise guarantor summary" page based on both a supplied phone number and the guarantor ID. The sample application must: Communicate with Epic Hyperspace. Pass a phone number and guarantor ID to search. Navigate or open to the appropriate enterprise guarantor summary page based upon the searched phone number or guarantor ID. All connection strings and interoperability settings should be grouped together and clearly identified. All methods must include XML summary. Must supply Epic Hyperspace for your own testing, I do not have a test instance.
