I have already developed many applications to send emails, the main reason why they are often interpreted as spam is the method used to create them. I have developed two specific libraries, they all use SMTP protocol to send email directly, so the only limits you could have are represented by your SMTP server provider (number of email per hour and attachments size). One library uses standard SMTP protocol, the other one use GMAIL services, so it needs a Google email account when used. Hi, Sorry but the project description is little bit vague. I recently implemented similar thing for my own project in Python. If you need to send a few type of emails with just changing the greetings for each user I can help you with that for the price I bid. How many do you plan to send roughly? Or do you need more of a product that will give you an interface where you can provide a content of the email and list of recipients that you will use for a long term? This might require more work and of course the cost of the project would change. More details would be good to define the project scope.
