Simple addon to existing website

Project consists of: 1: Import CSV database (example file attached) 2: Create simple selection page and content page (I'll provide list of fields that needed to be displayed inside content page) 3: Permalink structure and breadcrumb navigation I have a auto blog that is build on Wordpress. Now, I want to add vehicle database directory for example [login to view URL] in this directory we will have list of Make>Model>Year selection so for example I want Audi 2008 A6 so I'd select make Audi ([login to view URL]) then select available model such as A6 ([login to view URL]) and select available year 2009 that would generate SE friendly URL like this [login to view URL] with all the data about that vehicle that I'll provide in CSV file. If you know your way around Wordpress and generate SE friendly links such as [login to view URL] without conflicting with Wodpress current URL structure, that would be awesome.
