Some changes to header of a WordPress site -- 4

Hello, I have an WordPress website, Details in PM. In header, I need something different and professional. For example i need whole header like this: [login to view URL] With all effects/animations and it should look good on my site, you'll have to see to this. i need search like this: [login to view URL] The search should be ajax, and results should be minimalist too. You'll need to create a logo too to fit the header. You'll need to think of a great header that suits the site and make it look elegant. The header should have Login/Register, Menu for logged in user with Logout link etc. Only apply if you can do it for sure. Thank you.
