Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - your idea is indeed a hit :), but... 2 - as you probably know, or at least you may see with your own eyes, the solar panel rows are not quite straight... consequently, will be necessary a "flexible rail" which the cleaning device to travel... 3 - while the wind blows and the device rest into its dock/station should be able to accumulate the energy... the price will be discussed and n 4 - on its dock/station, the device should stay firmly secured (sometimes the wind really blows and could throw the device from the rail 5 - you will need a universal mounting fixture for the panels rows as not all the panels are mounted on the same structure (each producer/manufacturer has its own system) 6 - how did you think to make use of wind to propel the device? sail, turbine (what kind)... 7 - what kind of brush to be used? passive or active? 8 - what about the spaces in between the panel rows? if you want to have a continuous rail (which will also need joints) will be necessary to have a compliant means to make the device "jump/pass over" the empty spaces... price t.b.d.

There are a few questions which need to be addressed: 1) Details of installation (types of under structure railings, orientation of solar panel system, or is it generic use for all) 2) Take into consideration of first row of installed panels absorbing most of the wind energy (which drives the cleaner), thereby reducing wind force on subsequent rows of panel. 3) Take into consideration not to exceed panel design load, and also prevailing wind in region. May i know if this is for industrialization or just a project?
