Make my iPhone Alarm Clock App work while multi-tasking in iOS4 using ''local notifications''

1.) I need my iPhone/iPod touch app to work with the new iOS4's multi-tasking abilities so that when the alarm clock app I have is not running, but and alarm is set, "local notifications" will trigger the alarm and you will both hear the sound and see a pop-up to choose "Snooze" or "Turn-Off". 2.) The sound you hear when the alarm goes off with local notifications must be the same sound as was set inside my alarm. If a user chooses a playlist to be their alarm "sound" in my app, this must also play through local notifications, playing the songs from their iTunes library that they selected.
