Mid-level Freelancer People Manager

I am in need of a mid-level freelancer - people manager to assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, as well as the monitoring of overall team performance and productivity, leading to a clear view of all tasks in total and individually. We are building a Formula 1 team of media professionals that are fast, allways learning, wanti g to make a lot of cash and win at our game. Key Responsibilities: - Recruiting and onboarding new team members: You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires to the team. - Monitoring team performance and productivity: You will need to keep track of individual and overall team progress, and provide regular updates and clear visibility for me. I am looking for a mid-level professional with experience in people management, particularly in a remote setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to use video calls for team meetings are essential. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus as we grow pur liw cost high out put platform. Ideal Skills: - People management - Recruitment - Performance monitoring - Remote work experience - Excellent communication skills - Video call experience - Ability to evolve our Salesforce crm to become our project management and core information system. Please be willing and able to use video calls as the preferred communication method with me and the team. Initially you will work 2 /3 hours a day and be able to conduct a meeting at 7.30 AM New Zealand time to bring the freelancers into a meeting, one by one or together, that i will over see and you will take each person through their tasks, manage their progress, deadlines and payments. And make sure the team is supporting eachother. A high level of professionalism and a no missed deadlines is crucial. We can not emoy people that are full of promises and dont deliver. You will need to demonstrate a highly efficient manner and uncompromising style is required. We are a media company trying to build a world class - low cost, high out put media company. We have 1m social media followers and a new web site [login to view URL] that i want to grow to be world class ising freelancers, ai and smart social media professionals. The current freelance roles are. I envisage we will have 4 or 5 freelancers doing 2 to 5 hours each per day. 1. Ai story investigation writers and monitisors 2. Videographers, daily snack article writers and storyteller monitisors 3. Data scrapers, writers and map creator monitisors 4. Facebook group managers and monitisers 5. Digital events schedulers and monitisors. 6. BREVO Email marketing, database collectors and grouper and content distribution leading to growth, engagement and monitisation of our audiences. The freelancers i want to add to the team are one or two that can identify business targets in pmour audiences email, call and sell our advertising packages. If you are extremely good at this i will be happy to share success commission with you. I do not want anyone that isnt super professional, organised, hungry to succeed and wants to make a big income. I need someone that can lead. I do not want someone i have to lead and drag along.
