PROJECT MANAGER (WORK REMOTELY)

JOB SUMMARY: Growing wedding video company seeks full-time contractor for project management position, working remotely. Salary dependent upon experience. THE COMPANY: Toast Wedding Films is a rapidly growing wedding video company with a start up mentality. We have set out to create the largest community of wedding videographers in the US to help us achieve our goal of creating beautiful films at a fair price. THE POSITION: We’re looking for a long-term, full-time contractor to manage projects and office responsibilities, working 100% remotely. We are growing rapidly, and need someone who is flexible, autonomous, and desires the freedom to own their position and create new methods and efficiencies. The ideal candidate is a dedicated, ambitious, self starter with strong organization, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. Responsibilities: Immediate response to client questions/inquiries Client call scheduling Manage & assign vendors to projects (videographers) Provide project information to videographers Manage project due dates and post production schedules Work closely with video editors Work with a variety of SaaS based products used to manage all facets of business Process and prepare files for client delivery Solicit reviews from clients Send RFPs to vendor lists Update website and social platforms Build relationships with wedding industry partners Accounts receivable / accounts payable Requirements: Must have access to high-speed internet and phone Detail-oriented and meticulous Must be able to work independently and efficiently Possess a strong work ethic, be able to take direction from senior staff, and work in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Multi-tasking; simultaneously managing multiple projects and meeting agreed upon deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Wipster, Honeybook, Squarespace, Shortlist, Quickbooks, Slack, Dropbox Experience with video production / digital media Please apply via link at: [login to view URL] Resume and cover letter are required to apply.
