Ebook on integraton issues during a merger and acquisition

I am a lawyer from the Philippines with hands on experience in facilitating mergers and acquisitions. My focus was on conducting a legal due diligence and complying with documentation requirements to legalize the mergers and acquisitions. I have worked with the Philippine affiliate of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 1998 to 2001 and thereafter, I went into my own practice and have handled two mergers on my own (small companies - but mergers nonetheless). Prior to PwC,I worked with Ernst & Young affiliate in Manila. During my stint there, I worked on one merger. I am also a writer, having published feature articles in Business World. Currently, I will be also be a regular contributor to a Property Magazine in the Philippines scheduled to be launched this week. Actually 10 days is pretty quick since the issues will involve not only legal matters but financial and Human Resources concerns. So ten days may have to be extended. But I am honest.
