Changes to home page

We already have the HTML and PSDs available and will send you the files when we award the project. Here are the required changes: 1. Separate mail & alert icons from [# of items] icon. Right now it is one icon. 2. Change style of diagnosis dropdown to screenshot: diagnosis [login to view URL] 3. The top module should show "hide" when the module is expanded, and "show" when the module is minimized, so the order must be reversed. 4. The category tag inside content feed should have mouseover popup as well. see screenshot [login to view URL] 5. Align items in "recent" dropdown menus according to screenshot alignment_correction_5.24.12 6. All filter buttons (and their respective tabs on mouseover) must be widened to fit text of widest item in the dropdown menu. Changes to content feed: Remove "re-post" button from reaction line and add "block". See screenshot: [login to view URL] We would like to change reaction line style so that instead of entire line showing up on mouseover, the # likes, # replies/comments is always visible on the right side. Only buttons on the left side show up on mouseover. See folder new_reaction_line. The files in the folder are organized chronologically as you go from default view to mouseover -> next level default etc all the way to mouseover of comment level.
