· Around 5.6 years of Intensive IT experience in Business Intelligence reporting using Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, ServiceNow, O365 Forms & Reports.
· Development of Qualtrics, data visualization Reports& Dashboards, KPI’s & Charts.
· Performing Qualtrics Admin activities (includes User access/Upgrades/patches).
· Development of Qualtrics Survey reports for Risk Management & Internal Audit reports.
· Delivery of Qualtrics XM reports/Dashboards for users by scheduling like Daily, weekly, monthly.
· Developing and testing custom unique solutions to Qualtrics survey requirements with testing of data feeds with the BI team to be used in client surveys.
· Hands on Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.
· Working with Customers, BI & Business teams to maintain existing & new Qualtrics surveys.
· Performing job scheduling for reports/Dashboards in Qualtrics as per user requirements.
· Development & Scheduling of Qualtrics XM reports with NPS Survey reporting.
· Trouble shooting Day to Day Qualtrics Server /Publisher issues.
· Providing access or removing the user access of Qualtrics reports or dashboards from Prod.
· Well versed with Qualtrics server and access point issues.
· Publishing Qualtrics Reports in the required originations by available in Web clients & mobile apps.
· Installation and Configuration of Qualtrics Server.
