Hello, Greetings of the day. The images attached give some idea of the structure and materials, if not all, and there's lot to be done to make it look like real, not computer model. Exactly that is what I have been doing for last 25 years (along with 3 D modeling in almost all cases) with industry standard tools. The time taken to render someone else's work is generally longer because of many reasons so I want to request you to consider hourly pricing if its not too much, because that would be fair to both the parties. Neither of us should feel cheated in the process. As an Archiect, I worked with various architecture firms and did 3d Modelling and 3D visualtions projects under them. I'm using sketchup and lumion ( for 3d rendering) from almost 4-5 years.
