we need a 3D modeling for 2 new house construction. we will use this for the website and brochure. we only have hand blueprint to use please take a look of the attachment. if you do a good job we will give your more work thanks. Streetscape Elevation: On A2, at the bottom there is a view of how the front house looks in the center of the homes to its right and left. Please reply if you have any questions on this rendering. Guideline: provide elvation visible from the public right of way of the proposed projects and both adjacent houses and include the height of the buildings. Also, I will need renderings of the front elevation of each house. This should be pretty straight forward. Please see the color codes for each house below. Color Codes: House 1: Front Base Color: Graystone Trim: Swiss Coffee Door: Brown Stain Roof: Autumn Blend Stone: el dorado stone/ manzanita House 2: Rear Base Color: Tranquil Taupe Trim: Swiss Coffee Door: Night Sky Roof: Country Gray Stone: el dorado stone/ nantucket please see the attachment for blueprint
