E-commerce website looking to provide assistance to Quebec clients
Need 1 part time native French speaking customer service candidate who can speak fluent French to:
- Answer phone calls -about 5-10 per day (inbound)
- Dealing directly with customers over the phone / email (order status, general info)
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Data entry, order taking and returns support
-candidates must have clear and professional communication skills and know how to assertively talk to
Business hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday starting ASAP.
Ideally should be based in Canada.
Just calculated that "per hour" will not suite my needs, so what I'm looking now is for an agent who will be wiling to answer my calls on a "per-call" or "per minute" rate, let me know if its inserting.
