Hi,
We have a software package that is fairly easy to install but I would like a Window, Linux, and possibly Mac installer to simplify the process.
The software is a JAVA application that has a Jetty server installed. The current installation process is to put the files in a folder, install Java JDK 1.6, set an Environmental Variable JAVA_HOME to the JDK and a MA_HOME to the software location.
There is then a [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] file that will start the software. It is a web based application that runs on port 8080 by default.
I would like the installer to detect for Java JDK and install if it's not already. Set the EV's and create a service so that it can be automatically started with the system.
We update our files regularly so we need to be able to build the finial installers ourselves when every we do an upgrade.
You can download the current files here: [[login to view URL]
P][1]lease give quote for each version of the installer so I can decide if it's worth doing all of them. The windows installer is priority
