Costume designer/sourcing Material

I'm attending a part on December 3rd that is "Icon" themed and supposed to dress up as Christina Aguilera from the Dirrty music video (black/red chaps outfit): link here - [login to view URL] The chaps are the main item I need for the costume, potentially some help with the others but can discuss that after confirmation that the chaps can be made (of course, not identical, but close enough that they're recognizable) and approximate cost.
