Build Shopify Store per Attached Design -- 2

Hi, I'm looking for someone experienced in building out Shopify eCommerce stores - especially selecting and customizing themes. This store is not live and hasn't been built yet. The overall design is pretty much set, and it is attached, including how we want the MegaMenu to look. Requirement: You have built our many shopify stores before - and please include the links to those stores in your proposal. Proposals without links to example work will not be considered. Here is the project description: First, the homepage, header, footer, and nav: - Build homepage per the attached design with a theme that you select that can be customized, or if you have a theme template you can build this with, that would be great. If you want to build from scratch, that’s your call. - I do have the high res images, so you won't need any time to find more images, but they will need to be resized and reduced to meet the design - Menu should be "sticky" to the top - This probably would require a mega-menu app, maybe using Meteor because one of their examples is close to the design, but would need to make sure it allows for the text under the category name. - The "hero" image is starting with a static image, although I will look for a video. - Utilize a modal when someone enters the store for a 20% off coupon for signing up - the theme should include a blog - Of course, it need to be responsive to accommodate all devices and sizes Second, the product pages and checkout: - Assuming the category and product detail pages are simple enough to adjust, but please assume there will be a little bit of time adjusting those. The category pages will require a filtering option on the left navigation with a small text/image above the list of products. The product pages have to allow for buy one or subscribe, just like the competitors listed below. - Will need to add coupons, shipping and payment options, but again with Shopify, those aren’t difficult Third, pages from footer - Legal pages won’t need assistance on because they are just text - All of the connect options (except affiliates) will simply be a one page with a hero image and then a form to fill out.
