Social Media Audit & ongoing Content/Management - UK BASED

Brief for Social Media Review & Content Strategy: We are looking for someone to manage the current social media accounts on behalf of one of our clients. We would be looking for someone to do a review of our clients' current social media and then develop a full social media content strategy plan moving forward The initial audit would need to include a range of social media listening exercises and identifying where the key gaps are currently across their socials. The process will also involve reviewing the clients business’ metrics to assess growth, opportunities and what can be done to improve their social presence. You need to be able to analyse which organic posts do well, which to promote, and how to balance your time and investment in each channel. Then we will be looking from the audit for you to create a fully developed social media content strategy. This will be looking at identifying specific goals, creating valuable posts along with a content calendar that aligns with those goals, and distributing content on the right platforms. Once this is launch, to then measure your results, and fine-tune your strategy over time. In terms of KPIs, we will be measuring the following, but exclusive to: - Increasing brand awareness - Generating more leads and sales - Increasing community engagement - Growing the clients' audience base and followers - Increasing traffic to the client's site Initially this will be for our luxury members club client but we host over 30+ websites which we would then want the chosen freelancer to move into.
