Your Objectives would include but not limited to: -Creating Captions for our Social Media Posts (IG, Facebook, Twitter) that is aligned with our brand voice. -Preparing a glamorous aesthetics for our page -Creating Content as well as outsourcing to content creators so that we can fill our pages aesthetics -Organically increasing our interactions and presence online -Creating aesthetically appealing, very attractive as well as interactive story posts -We need an all-rounder The ideal person is a self starter who has successful experience with social media management. Because our business is small, players wear multiple hats. We need someone who works hard and smart and understand that we are working hard to be a business that stays. It is very important for this persons to take on the persona of what our brand stands for. She's a Glitter Lover, who's like your party best friend. Our brand is very party girl meet self-care queen. This person has to be creative, be able to write captions and more (in our brand tone) great at putting together an appealing aesthetics-- for example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] With these examples of aesthetics, the ideal person should be able to create a theme for our profile. In order to create the theme, this persons will need to know how to go about outsourcing as well as creating content that will align within the theme.
