No Advance Milestones, but, yes, Milestones are set slowly but gradually as the work progresses. There is someone who i stalking me here on Freelancer and whosoever is being awarded the project by me, he/she is sending them email to warn them and intimidate them saying that they should ask me to set full milestone in advance,,,now that is really weird if freelancers believe such people and leave such prestigious projects and assignments. Please don't bid if you are not serious and too skeptical to do the project.
