Convert a project from VBA (2003) into Langage C (gcc exactly for Linux environnements)

Hello. I have extensive experience with converting code from one programming language to another programming language. Also, I know both of C and VBA. I know Python too. I do not use any automatic tools, only manual conversion with checking value of every variable with step-by-step debugging. Meantime I believe it's much easier to convert to python, because C does not support collections (such as lists and dictionaries) in standard library or there is needed to implement it manually. Also, I have i installed Ubuntu Linux with gcc on my VMWare. It's not final bid - I would like to introduce with current code and check how it;s easy to understand for me. If it's easier than I expect, I would decrease bid amount
