Project Description: We are seeking an ERPNext expert to customize and deploy an ERP solution tailored for our healthcare clinic. This implementation requires not only a deep understanding of ERPNext but also significant experience in integrating third-party applications, specifically VOIP services (different systems should be having call tracking capabilities) and financial management systems such as Lexoffice. Key Functionalities Required: - Lead Management: Integration with our website and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok), featuring Kanban view and basic communication functionalities. - Chatbots: AI driven chat functionalities tailored to improve the conversion rate and engagement. Bringing clients for booking - IP Telephony: Robust integration with call tracking functionality and seamless operation within ERPNext. - Marketing Automation: Segmented and targeted marketing tools. Automatic email and whatsapp automations. - Scheduling and Online Booking: Flexible scheduling per doctor and per room, including online booking capabilities. Scheduling calendar should integrate into the website. - Notifications: Automated email and SMS notifications system. - Custom Medical Charts: Capabilities to save, access, and visualize pictures and scanned documents. - Photo Documentation: Secure management and storage of medical photos. - Invoicing and Financial Management: Full integration with Lexoffice for seamless financial operations. Inventory Management: Efficient management tools for medical and office supplies. Integration Requirements: Extensive experience integrating ERPNext with VOIP systems and financial management applications. Proven capability to handle complex data flows and ensure system reliability. Project Deliverables: A fully customized ERPNext setup meeting all the specified functionalities. Successful integration with VOIP and Lexoffice. Secure data migration from existing systems. Comprehensive training for our staff to ensure smooth transition and operation. Dedicated support and maintenance post-implementation. Vendor Requirements: Proven Experience: Bidders must provide examples of previous ERPNext projects, especially those involving integrations with VOIP and financial systems.
