Fix/Tidy Angular App

I need someone to refactor my angular app, as the freelancer that built it structured it really poorly. I am looking for someone to setup a new angular app, that is setup for test and production, and has a task runner(grunt or gulp or other) and uses bower for plugins and dependencies. Tasks for project, Code organized - I want the code to be organized by modularity, as currently all login is in one controller for each page. (I have attached one controller for Ref) Plugins and dependencies - All library and plugins and dependencies are all over the place, need to be moved to task runner, and have minification for production. Keep controllers simple - controllers need to define scope variables and encapsulate view related logic. at the moment controllers do everything. Add directives - have not used directives in build, need to move common DOM elements into directives. Business logic in models - data processing needs to be in models, so they can easily be shared between controllers and other services. Add facades to interact with server(api) - should separate server interaction and error handling from the model. Please send proof of angular projects that you have worked on (github/bitbucket) so i can see your angular architecture, no functions or logic needs to be created as the app works, just cannot update or manage in current state, and not ideal for production.
