Hello, I'm a Canadian programmer living near Montreal (I read fluently French, but I'm not so good at writing, this is why I prefer to use English for all our communications). I have a good background in C# programming and Image Processing. If I understood correctly for this first TP you need to implement a C# class that reads a BMP image from the disk. In the future, the code will be extended with various image processing operations like image rotation, scaling, histogram calculation and so on.
