hello thanks for reading my job. i am looking for a php laravel developer who can make me a nice panel which will be connected with my postgresql database. before you apply for job please read the following 1. its a pbx software called fusionpbx. i will not modify the core code.. instead of this i will make another panel for the customer login 2. its connected with postgresql . and i dont have any web gui installed in the server. so you need to be expert on postgresql also the whole thing installed in debian 9. so you need to familiar with SSH command 3. i think we need to install phppgadmin or any webgui panel to manage the postgresql. as we can't use phpmyadmin because its not mysql 4. once all good i need you to make me some api so i can use it in my own billing server. 5. a fully flexible person with lowest bidder will get the job. thanks
