I need modification of two UI screens of an open source software. Changes are trivial such as removing some form fields / select boxes and passing them as fixed hidden values. Also, replace software name/link with our logo branding. I will require the modified code as well as the Windows installer rebuilt with the changes. The software is in C# and Javascript. The detailed requirement is attached.
