Need a desktop software to remove duplicates. - 1

Hello, I have an excel (.xls) file with data in column A, B and C. I need a desktop software to remove duplicate lines. I have scrape product names from a shopping site, but the problem is there is lots of duplicates. The lines does not match fully so I can't remove duplicates easily. I want to enter model names, colors and maybe more matching criteria to remove duplicates. For example, let's say there is 6 of these rows. --- Lenovo Phone A7700 (Black) Lenovo Phone A7700 (Black) New Xiaomi Mi New Mix 2 Refurbished Lenovo Phone A7700 (Black) Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 New Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 Black --- Now, I will enter data on the software like this - --- lenovo, a7700 xiaomi, mi, mix --- Software will use search for lenovo and a7700 from 1 line. If the line only contained lenovo and not a7700, it will not be removed, and also it's not necessary the 2 words is together. It will not remove the first found data, it will remove from the 2nd found data. The first will be kept as it is. So, the output would be - --- Lenovo Phone A7700 (Black) Xiaomi Mi New Mix 2 --- The duplicates are removed, and the first data is kept. I hope you get what I want. I need a desktop software with simple gui, gui will have a browse button, a field for me to enter list of keywords, I will seperate them by comma, next keyword will be seperated by new line. Like example shown above. Software will check only Column B, but it will remove entire row. Need it done in 24 hours. I cannot afford to overpay at the moment, please bid reasonably.
