Visual C# 2017 simple forms

I'd like a simple Windows Form done to represent a prototype for an app I would like to make. Afterwards, if I like this prototype, I'll hire the freelancer for the larger project and go multi-platform. Basically, it has 8 forms, each linking to one another. One of them being a "home" screen, and others being simple things like an About Us form, Login form, View Data form, etc. There needs to be a simple database connection only to see the functionality of it, no tables need to be made besides 1 with basic data for testing. Again, this is a prototype for an App I would like to make, and thus I want some main features to be present which can be discussed in further details later, for now, here is a general overview: 1) 8 windows forms 2) A navigation bar linking back/to each form (I'll supply the design) 3) An SQL database just to show test data 4) Ability to log-in/log-out showing different forms based on login status 5) 1 form will have certain data (pictures) only viewable by a logged in user, and this user can "vote/rate" that picture. If the vote is made, it should show sample data like "1/50 votes" amongst 3 different pictures. Kind of like a YouTube "Like/Dislike" feature, showing number of likes and number of dislikes, but instead, I want it to show (10/15 voted up, 5/15 voted down). IMPORTANT NOTE: I need this done on Visual Studio 2017 in C# because that's what I'm using, and I'd like to be able to edit things as I see fits until I am happy with the prototype.
