Project Description: We would like to develop a web application using these platform: UI: HTML5 Logic: Jave or Ruby Rails (or what you are good at) Database: MySQL Server: ubuntu linux Business: Generic Its a business application, with all the modules handling: 1. Sales/Order 2. Invoice, billing, payment, etc (with very simple double-entry) 3. pre-made Reports, and basic settings What we can provide: 1. UI Design 2. Database fields/value, relationship design 3. Program flow design (the flow using the program) what we can't provide: 1. programming 2. baby-sitting We are looking for programmer/party 1. Do the programming 2. had solid experience developed/made similar application 3. had experience on making busienss application, esp Accouting section 4. prepare having long term relationship with us, coz we will keep selling this with further modification later on We are NOT looking for: 1. You do what we told, and without your own thoughts 2. You require baby-sitting 3. You hate changes 4. You dont speak English & You hate Skype Expected completion: 3 months Budget: under 4000 USD

Hi. I propose to make your app on Grails 3.0. Pros: 1. When it's compiled it's java 2. When you write it's groovy (30% less writing than in java) 3. Easy to create additional plugins and modules and add them to existing app. If you're planning to grow that would be unbeatable. 4. I can allocate more HR on demand to complete tasks on time. 5.
