Hi. I'm a programmer from Russia with strong skills in C++. You can see the full list of my skills on my profile page. My offer is to use C++ and Qt library. C++ will provide the best performance compared to other programming languages. Use of Qt library will make the application portable. The user will be able to run it in Windows, Linux, macOS, Android and iOS. I can create fancy GUI for it and customize the application for your needs. Maybe I will use network programming libraries for the protocols you pointed. I'm good with version control systems, I worked with Git and Bazaar, but I'm able to learn other systems as well. Hi, I would like to help you out on this project. I think I would develop a simple Java App with a simple GUI where you could choose any of the mentioned VPN standards. The fetching of the VPN list could be easily done by crawling the site with list using either jsoup or Selenium in case there was any javascript included in the list site. I would like to know whether you do any of these things when trying to list the VPN servers: -User Login -Do some bizarre clicking on the site Looking forward to working with you. Regards Jaroslav
