Attention Marketers – can you help?

What I need or require: We are looking for someone to provide us with a database of the names and a contact number of all the people who have worked in the UK for more than 5 years and are now living abroad. We are going to conduct a telephonic survey and require a database to contact. I.e. people who have worked in the UK and are now LIVING abroad. The first country we are going to target is South Africa, but will move on to various others later in the project (such as Spain, Switzerland, etc). We require you to source a database of names to contact for our survey. We require thousands of names. We would initially require a sample of 100 names and contact numbers, which we will survey to determine the quality. What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: We already have a database of a few thousand names, but require thousands more. We will pay on a per name basis or on a batch basis. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: As this database can’t be found in one place it will need to come from multiple sources. We have had success in various avenues including: 1) Internet Marketers – have access to large databases, as many online forms require you to fill in nationality as well as address/tel no. All they do is sort the database to see if nationality is listed as UK and address or tel number is local. 2) List providers – both in the UK and abroad. 3) Database Managers – both in the UK and abroad. Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: Understanding of databases and ability to think creatively where they can obtain the data. Timeframe for delivery: This is a large scale project and will only be completed once we have spoken to as many people as possible, as the larger the survey the more accurate the results.
