Small translation project from English to French, German, Chinese and Arabic

We need the translation of a small language file with 100 short descriptions used in our APP and need these descriptions to be translated correctly from English to French, German, Chinese and Arabic within the context of the purpose of this APP. The original language file as provided in this project is named: "[login to view URL]" and contains for every description, the original English description shown between the symbols: <key>......</key> and the translation to Dutch underneath between the symbols: <string>.......</string> where the text needs to be translated to French. The completed translated file should then be saved as Lang_French.plist. The same needs to be done for the German and the other translations of the file [login to view URL] which should then be saved as [login to view URL] and so on for the other languages Chinese and Arabic. So be careful and only place the translations between these characters: <string>.......</string> and leave the original English description in the line above as it is. I added a sample image of the text file opened and edited with wordpad and marked the first text field that needs to be translated for clarification. Any questions? just ask me. The purpose of our app is showing a digital restaurant menu with product descriptions, images and prices on the Apple iPad. This text file contains the buttons descriptions within this app for the user that operates it.
