I have been fluent in Portuguese since the age of 15 after studying it for 5 years. It was the 4th language I learned after Spanish, French, and Italian. I am a native English speaker. My friend and I would work in tandem on the project. He can provide voiceover in native Brazilian Portuguese, or I can provide a (American-twinged) Peninsular Portuguese.
