I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1954. I am retired now as a professional in the field of Agronomy with a Master of Sciences Degree at the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, USA. I worked 30 years at the USDA - Agricultural Research Service as a Scientist and Laboratory Director.
I published more than 50 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals, gave a number of talks in international meetings around the world and received 7 Certificates of Merit from the USDA for dedication to service and outstanding contributions to science in maintaining the high quality of research at USDA-ARS.
