This is a primarily 2-D interactive application powered by our website API. With that said, there will be some 3-D assets and animations used to enhance the user experience. The product workings will resemble a mobile application, but will be more feature rich because the application will run on a linux machine. Use of 3-D to enhance the user experience is very very welcomed. The preferred language is Java. We will need the code to be fully documented, and objects to be as modular / reusable as possible. Please see the attached document for additional details.
