Hello, I have a lot of experience doing such porting projects. But to correctly estimate the effort you'll need to answer the following questions: 1. Does the current design use a soft processor or internal SOC ? 2. How many proprietary Xilinx IPs are used in the current design ? 3. How big is the FPGA ? 4. What peripherals does it use ?
