Professional Video Creation

This project is for a freelancer that can start work on this video creation straightaway. The project is to create a new video by improving my existing consultation video substantially. My existing video is here [login to view URL] As you can see that video is very plain and boring. So far I have a female voice over completed for this new video. The voice over is around 7 minutes. The purpose of the video is to educate my customers about laser and hair growth before they start treatment, therefore the video needs to be engaging. You will need to show the three stages of hair and the hair being lifted from the follicle by motion. The completed final copy of the video I will rip on a DVD so it needs to be suitable for DVD. It will not be played on the internet. This video creation will be private and not shown on your website or any other website for marketing as the video is unique to our business only. The project will be started straightaway. When you bid please advise me what type of video this presentation will be suitable for example, cartoon, animation, powerpoint, 3D etc Many thanks
