Asslam-wa-alaikum, InshAllah, I'll be coming to Pakistan this month to attend a relative's wedding. While I'm there, I'd like to get some maths tuition to prepare myself for university this year. This is what I want - 1.) List of 10 VERY GOOD maths professors from Karachi and another 10 from Lahore who are willing to tutor me maths on a one-to-one basis. 2.) I will be there ~2-months so I need to know their monthly rates. Ask them how many hours they will work with me PER week and how much will they charge PER month for that. We'll then work out an average amount per hour. 3.) They must have VERY good qualifications. I need to make the most of my time in Pakistan so it's crucial that I have a teacher who really knows his stuff. 4.) I need their contact details - email address & phone number so I can contact them before I leave for Pakistan. 5.) Compile the list in a microsoft word document or PDF. Few things to keep in mind - -> Don't tell them I'm coming from aborad. People tend to charge extra if they know you're a foreigner. I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about... :-) -> Look up profiles of Math's university professors in the top universities of Karachi and Lahore and contact them. Also, you could look up students who are in their final year of Maths degree. Make sure you select the top students and contact them. (Many will say that they haven't tutored before... That doesn't matter. If they are top students then chances are they might be good teachers.) I will then contact them from here and interview each one of them and decide which one I want as my teacher.
