Design and create program icon

Create one program icon for a 3D medical imaging software product that we're building that will run on MACs and Windows. Previous experience in this area preferred. We need 4 different sizes of the icon in the icns file format (128x128, 48x48, 32x32 and 16x16). More toolbar icons needed later, but this is just for one icon. Looking for is a 4 (or so) phase project where you send concepts first (of course, the more the better) so we can flesh out our direction. Then we narrow down to the top 3 candidates, then we choose one. From the chosen one, you create the 4 formats and send them to us. current website is at: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
