clone of article publishing software

This project is to create a seperately branded but functionally similar clone of the software distributed at this site freearticlesoftware.com. I expect the bidders to either already have, or go and download the software before you bid so that you can accurately estimate the scope of the project. 1 additional feature I want is to be able to change the logo at will, for example, to produce a private label version of my program. If you have any questions about functionality please post them to the project message board. We expect delivery of full source code, not to be reused or resold anywhere. We will have full ownership.
