I need to come up with a sales commission calculator for the employees in my company. It needs to be based on the following:
sales less than $100,000 do not receive commission
100,001 - 200,000 receive 1%
201,000 - 300,000 receive 1.5%
301,000 - 400,000 receive 1.75&
over 400,000 receive 2%
The sales people also get incentive bonuses based on how long they have worked with my company. 1/10 of 1% for each year of employment up to 10 years. Anything over 10 years gets 1%.
They also need to receive a title incentive based on seniority. New employees do not get a title incentive, associate employees get 0.1% and Senior employees get 0.2%.

You need to give a little more details on the project e.g.
(a) Do you want to link a database of the employees or a stand alone calculator with options to select various categories defined by you.
(b) The project of calculator without a database linkage is too simple and I would just do it free for you. If you feel happy about it just pay whatever you feel.
The front end will be VB 6 and the back end MS Access. We will be providing you with the exe file only. Once getting the total details, number of days may also be reduced dependig upon the prooject size. If the size of the project is not too big, the project may even be completed within 5 days.
