Hello, From your request, we understand that the server is not responding to ping request. Ping, traceroute uses ICMP protocol to handle the request. If you are using centos then generally firewalld or iptables as a software firewall, We need to allow ICMP protocol in firewalld or iptables inorder to allow ping request. If the server is behind hardware firewall then ICMP protocol needs to be allowed in the hardware firewall. We will be available between 9:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST.
