B2B UK email list (opt-in)

We are looking for a provider that has opt-in email lists of business owners/senior managers in the UK. Requirements are below. Requirements: 1) Email List must have at least 100K B2B records (NO duplicates). 2) You must have name of contact, email address, company name, business address (if possible), along with the type of business (industry). 3) Recipients should be from an opt-in list that would accept B2B emails. Spamming is not tolerated. 4) List should be fresh (2007/08). 5) We require a random sample so we can verify the integrity of the list. We have the capacity to send the emails ourselves, but we require the list. Payment will be amde via PayPal to the winning bidder once the list has been provided.
