Promote product site

We need someone to create a proffesioanl site where we can promote our products in a proffesional way. The site must be in norwegian, but i will translate everything after you have finish the site. The site will show diffrent things we rent out and also sell. Please be sirious provide me mockup and do not ask for up front payment.
