Weebly Template - Convert site to Weebly Template

This Project requires you to be familiar with WEEBLY [login to view URL] I will provide access to my Weebly account via the Weebly Editor feature. I desire to create a copy of the site [login to view URL] under a new url: http://www.rc-animal-chamber.us. The US site is live and pointing the the Weebly application. I need to modify the Weebly template with the same menu, banner and navigation as the German site. Using Google Chrome you can translate the German to English. The template needs to be a functional copy of [login to view URL] with the same color schema and menu. I can provide the images, your job is to modify the html/css that drives the pages using the editor that is part of the Weebly application. If needed i can provide screen shots of english translation.
