Income Generating Website 30$/day

I'm looking for someone with a good business idea and can build a website for me that will earn around $30/day. If the website is a success and generates more than $30/day then I will give you a commission of 20% of any profit that is made. I'm open to any ideas about how the site will earn the 30$/day but it must meet the specification below: * It must be 100% legal * All copyright will belong to me. * Nothing that will get me banned from Google, Yahoo or any other site. * Must be unique and not stolen content which I will get in trouble for later. * I will require regular reports. * Adult websites ok. Payment Information: I will pay you monthly for any commission earned. When the website stops to earn money for whatever reason I will stop payments. Please send me your ideas for a project.
